The official launch of our EU-funded project took place with representatives from all partner organisations.
The BeyondDigits project is steadily demonstrating how targeted training and well-designed tools can strengthen financial literacy and support greater independence among neurodivergent individuals.
At its core, the project equips professionals with the skills and resources needed to deliver effective financial education. Educators who have tested the training materials report a clear increase in confidence when addressing financial literacy topics. The combination of structured content and interactive methodologies—particularly role-playing exercises—has proven effective in making complex concepts more accessible and applicable in real-life contexts.
At the same time, BeyondDigits is designed to have a direct and meaningful impact on neurodivergent adults themselves by developed tailored training materials and digital tools. Feedback from recent piloting activities has been notably positive. Participants report a significantly improved perception of the cost and value of products, alongside increased confidence when making financial decisions and carrying out transactions in daily life. This growing sense of autonomy is a central objective of the project and a key indicator of its success.
Professionals involved in the pilot phase also highlighted the added value of the project’s digital tools, describing them as an effective educational medium that enhances their teaching capacity. By combining pedagogical innovation with practical application, BeyondDigits creates a learning environment that is both engaging and impactful.
